Return and exchanges
At Noviomart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All original accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:
Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution.
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5тАУ7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details may be requested to process the refund.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by Noviomart.
For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
